Ways to Give

Your generous gift to Kaleo Giving Circle can be made in a variety of ways. Kaleo is a 501(c)3) charitable organization, and all contributions are tax deductible. Federal Tax ID #45-0586353.

FOR EVERY GIFT: Please indicate whether your contribution should support the Kaleo Grant Fund, the Kaleo Administration Fund, or both.

In the memo line, write The Kaleo Fund (#493565) and include your fund designation.

Log in to your NCF My Giving Portal and select Transfer from the top taskbar. Enter the amount and The Kaleo Fund (#493565), then submit the transfer. Transfers will appear in your fund activity within 1–2 business days. Include your fund designation with the transfer.

A grant from your donor advised fund should be sent to the address below. Include The Kaleo Fund (#493565) and your fund designation in the memo or accompanying instructions.

Gift appreciated securities to The Kaleo Fund (#493565) using NCF’s Stock and Mutual Fund Transfer Form. Page 1 provides transfer instructions and brokerage account numbers. Complete page 2 and email it to NCF Indiana Director of Giver Services Kris Paison at kpaison@ncfgiving.com. This required form alerts NCF’s Contributions team and identifies the receiving fund; no signature is needed. You or your advisor must initiate the transfer with your broker—NCF cannot. Cash proceeds are generally available for granting 3–7 business days after NCF receives the securities.

Gifts to Kaleo are managed through National Christian Foundation Indiana — excluding online donations. Receipts are provided by National Christian Foundation Indiana and may be sent by mail or email, depending on how the gift is made. Please contact National Christian Foundation Indiana if you have questions.

Our Funds

The Kaleo Grant Fund is the primary way Kaleo givers make a collective impact by supporting gospel-centered ministry partners throughout Central Indiana. Through this fund, individual gifts are combined and granted to ministries that serve people in need, meet practical and spiritual needs, and share hope through the love of Christ.

One hundred percent of the money designated to Kaleo’s Grant Fund goes directly to Kaleo’s ministry partners.

Kaleo is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The Kaleo Administration Fund helps cover the costs necessary to operate Kaleo, including communications, website expenses, events, and other administrative needs. We work diligently to keep administrative expenses low.
Please note that gifts to the Administration Fund, while deeply appreciated, do not count toward voting eligibility.

Gifts may be made as one-time contributions or recurring monthly donations. Contributions to both the Kaleo Grant Fund and the Kaleo Administration Fund are 100% tax deductible.

Gifts to the Grant Fund received by December 31 will be included in the grant pool awarded the following calendar year. Members who give $1,000 or more to the Grant Fund are eligible to vote on which ministry partners receive Kaleo grants. Gifts of any amount are gratefully received and make a difference.
