What Kaleo Means

Kaleo—pronounced kal-eh’-o—is the Greek word for ‘to call’ or ‘the calling.’

This name reflects our belief that God calls each of us to use the gifts He has entrusted to us for His purposes.

A Shared Calling To Give

At Kaleo, we believe generosity is not just financial —
it’s formative. Scripture reminds us,

“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”

When we give, our generosity becomes an act of worship that shapes our hearts and teaches us to see our resources as gifts entrusted to us for His purposes. Rooted in our faith in Christ, we share what we have to strengthen ministries doing redeeming and restoring work throughout Central Indiana.
